General conditions of sale: LYS’APPART

Article 1 – Duration of Stay The customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

 

Article 2 – Validation of a reservation The reservation is considered firm only after receipt of the full payment for the stay either by bank transfer or by online payment from the site www.lysappart.com

The reservation implies the acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

For reservations made online, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the payment with the details of the presentation reserved, having the value of a contract. If the reservation is made by telephone (in case of last minute only), we undertake to confirm the receipt of the deposit by email or SMS.

 

Article 3 – Cancellation by the customer Any cancellation must be notified by MAIL to the owner.

 

Cancellation before the start of the stay:

The client may cancel his reservation free of charge up to 15 days before his arrival. In the event of a stay being cut short or canceled less than 15 days before the expected date of arrival, we will charge cancellation fees as follows:

– 50% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged if you cancel between 15 and 5 days before the scheduled date of your arrival.

– 100% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged if you cancel 5 days before the scheduled date of your arrival or in the event of a no-show.

If the client does not appear before 9 p.m. on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of his guest rooms. In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner. Unused additional services will be refunded.

 

Cancellation by the owner When, before the start of the stay, the owner cancels the stay, for reasons beyond his control, he must inform the client as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail and offer him a replacement comfort room identical. If the replacement solution does not suit the customer, without prejudging recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, the latter will be reimbursed immediately for the sums paid.

 

Article 4 – Time of arrival / departure The customer must arrive on the day specified for the reservation and at the times mentioned below. The rooms are available from 5 p.m. Please let us know in case of arrival after 7:30 p.m., beyond contact us.

The accommodations must be vacated before 11:00 a.m., after which you will be charged an additional night or a supplement.

However, the schedules can be flexible on request depending on the availability of accommodation with or without a supplement depending on demand.

 

Article 5- Payment for additional services: Consumption and additional services not mentioned in this contract will be payable at the end of the stay.

 

Article 6 – Tourist tax The tourist tax is to be paid directly to “LYS’APPART”, according to the official scale

 

Article 7 – Change of accommodation The owner reserves the right to change the accommodation initially reserved by the customer with accommodation of the same capacity or of greater capacity, without the customer being able to claim any compensation. In such a case, the owner will warn the customer of this fact, the cost of the reservation will remain unchanged.

 

Article 8 – Capacity This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the day of arrival, the number of occupants is higher, the owner is able to refuse the additional people. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract on the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of people greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.

 

Article 9 – Pets Pets are only accepted in two accommodations “Cathedral, Fleur de lys” and “Cathedral, Cozy, practical” for an additional €10 per pet per stay. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the customer, the refusal to accept the animals and their owners by the owner of the accommodation cannot be equated with a modification or breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner. So that in case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered.

 

Article 10 – Art of living, use of the premises Respect for a certain art of living is required of all guests to guarantee the tranquility of each accommodation and the comfort of its guests and the neighborhood. In addition, it is requested not to smoke in the accommodation. The customer agrees to respect the instructions of good manners appearing in the accommodation and in these conditions.
